Parents and carers will be able to apply for a Year 7 place in a secondary school for the September 2027 intake from Thursday September 2026.

The closing date is 31 October.

After this deadline, you will need to make a late application.

All applications, whether postal or online, had to be received by the closing date to be considered as on time.

Late applications will not be processed until after the National Offer Day and will be processed in monthly rounds.

All on-time applicants will receive an offer of a school place on the National Offer Days - 1st March, or nearest working day, for secondary places.

There is a separate application process for children who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan, details of which can be found on the SEND admissions page.
