GCSE Design and Technology - Textiles
There are a variety of question types in the final exam paper and they will cover both Technical Aspects (techniques, processes and general information) and Sustainability.
You will need to do drawings with labels which need to be clear as well as answer short and longer questions. ALWAYS go by the amount of marks being given for each question to know how long the answer should be. ALWAYS have a go at answering ALL the questions too!
The long answer questions need lots of details that are to the point and not repetitive.
Make sure that you use your revision guide book (the green one) which all textiles students now have. This covers all aspects of the subject for the written exam as well as showing how to answer questions to gain maximum marks.
